Reservations

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we strongly advise making advance reservations to secure your spot. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation so that you have time to check in, settle, and start your treatment promptly. New guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment start time.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make your reservation in advance. Due to our intimate size, cancellations of less than 6 hours notice will incur charges equal to 50% of the service booked, or for prepaid packages, one session will be redeemed for any prepaid treatments. Any no shows will incur a 50% charge of of total service charge.  Any charges incurred will be paid upon arrival of your next appointment.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for check-in and a few moments to relax. Appointments can not be extended due to late arrivals and will shorten the duration of the service.

Late Policy

Arriving past your scheduled start time will result in a shortened service duration. Running late? Please give us a heads-up by calling (808) 739-0400.

Skin Sensitivies

To ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our guests, we kindly request that you notify us of any medications, including those prescribed by a dermatologist, that you are currently using. Please note any sensitivities, allergies, or irritations to products/ingredients you may have. Guests are responsible for discussing any questions that I may have concerning their own health conditions and updating Helen’s Haven of any of the above changes. We appreciate a proactive reminder of current or any new information, as it allows us to maintain a high standard of care and exercise due diligence.

Service Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on the specific treatment received. Please note that all services are listed at their starting price, and variations may occur regarding any additional factors associated with the treatment. Service price estimates are available at the front desk. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.

Visual Content Policy

Images will occasionally be obtained for our records. In the event an image is used for educational or marketing purposes, identifying features will be removed.

Gift Certificates

While they never expire, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may be transferred, but not refunded and are considered final sale.

Refunds/Exchanges

Please understand that we do not offer cash refunds for services or products. Merchandise credit or exchanges are available upon approval only, and we are happy to assist you through the process. A $15.00 fee will be incurred for returned checks.

Release of Liability and Waiver

I acknowledge that the practice of skincare, encompassing treatments such as micro-current treatments, microdermabrasion, ultrasound treatments, LED treatments, chemical peels, enzyme peels, facials, lasers, IPL, massage therapy, body treatments, and other beauty treatments, is not an exact science. I recognize that no specific guarantees have been made regarding the expected results and that individual outcomes may vary. In many cases, multiple treatments are necessary to achieve noticeable differences.

Despite precautions taken during my treatment, I understand that not all risks can be anticipated in advance.

I confirm that all provided information is accurate and up-to-date to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any information shared is for safety purposes and will be treated with strict confidentiality. By providing my consent, I agree to receive massage, skincare, acupuncture services, or other bodywork or treatments (“Services”). I acknowledge that my health and safety regarding these Services and the facility are my sole responsibility. My decision to receive Services from Helen’s Haven, Valorie Ammann MD, or Lashed by Ronnie is voluntary, and I am aware of, understand, and assume all associated risks.
